Fynbos Arbitrage

Fynbos Arbitrage (Pty) Ltd (“Fynbos Arbitrage”) is a Crypto Asset Services Provider (CASP). Fynbos Arbitrage is a private company incorporated and domiciled in the Republic of South Africa. Fynbos Arbitrage is subject to the general exemption regime for persons rendering financial services in relation to crypto-assets. All CASPS had until the 30th of November 2023 to submit an application to the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA). Fynbos Arbitrage have duly submitted their application and are awaiting the final outcome from the FSCA. Therefore, lawfully Fynbos Arbitrage is a CASP but not yet an authorised Financial Services Provider (FSP) pertaining to Crypto Assets. . In line with the amendment to the Financial Intelligence Centre Act of 2002 (FICA), Fynbos Arbitrage is classified as an Accountable Institution. Fynbos Arbitrage is registered with the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) with the registration number of 63909. Fynbos Arbitrage has adopted a comprehensive anti-money laundering (AML) policy and maintains a Risk Management and Compliance Programme (RMCP) that applies the necessary risk based approach to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) /Combating the Financing of Terroism (CFT) and Proliferation Financing (PF) risks.

Fynbos Consulting (Pty) Ltd (“Fynbos Consulting”) is a private company incorporated and domiciled in the Republic of South Africa. Fynbos Consulting offers tax consulting services to their client base and has appointed duly qualified individuals to perform this function.
